"Do you only work with blind people?"
The short answer is no. Vision loss is our area of specialty, but we actually work with individuals who have a wide variety of disabilities, situations, and goals. Contact us for details and we'll work together to determine if we are the right fit for you!

"Do you only work in the cleveland area?"
We primarily serve Northeast Ohio--including the Cleveland and Akron areas. We also serve Ohio as a whole by offering remote services mixed with in-person visits as needed. We're open to working outside of Ohio. Please contact us for details.

"Do you work with OOD?"
Yes! We are a contractor for the State of Ohio and serve OOD clients. If you are an OOD client who is interested in working with us, ask your counselor for Lakeside.

"Do you offer private pay services?"
Yes! We offer private pay services to individuals and our rate is very competitive. If you are interested, please use our contact form to inquire.

"Can you help me at school?"
Certifications for the work we do limit the age group we service. We work with individuals who are 18+. If you are at least 18, then yes, we can work with you. If you are younger, please contact your local school or OOD counselor to find out who can best serve you.

"Can you certify my website/app is accessible?"
When we perform accessibilty assessments for websites and apps we provide you with a detailed report that (can) include specific code and references to the guidelines your team needs. We also can provide a VPAT report upon request. We do not "certify" a website or app however, as digital material is constantly changing and updating, and should be assessed regularly to ensure the accessibility did not break.
